Canopy Cleaning

Can someone call me that has serviced numerous canopies. I have a few questions concerning the lighting fixtures and ballasts.

If they are exposed to rain and wheater elements, they are most likely water sealed, but take all precautions nesesary just to make sure
 
We've DS CHL on them before.
As far as lights go, we never worried about them. AND never had a problem. We never really shoot AT the lights. A good list will clean most.

I have a butyl wash mix I planned on using along with the old extenda wand if needed

i am sorry, David I should have listed that in the initial post. I thought i did mention it was for fuel stations
