We were busy cleaning driveways all morning. Didn't get a chance to meet with Ron... Sorry Ron. I missed a chance at winning an IPAD!!!

This driveway in Chandler was the first on our stop. Gotta love Rekrete. The client was so happy he brought out his neighbor and we landed that too.
There is a lot of driveways in Phoenix and I plan on cleaning them all! :thumbup2:
We used Iron Out to remove majority of the rust.

I've tried Iron Out before but never with good results... what am I doing wrong here?

Adam, lets meet and have lunch some time.

I buy the super iron out from Home Depot and mix about 1/8th of the bottle into exactly a gallon of water. Then spray and rinse. Spray and rinse etc.6xs. Until you use the entire gallon. Its not fast by any means. I spent 15-20mins just removing the rust. Took an hour total and charged $150.00.
Touch it up with some touch up chemicals after your done too.

Yeah Ty, that would be great. Let me know when your available, were swamped now so it may be a while yet. I'm sure I just wasn't patient enought with the iron out. What was your dwell time on it? I have a few properties with a bunch of rust but we would have to do work something out if it takes that long.

Awesome pictures. Those before and afters can really help you sell jobs. Load 'em up on an iPad and show them off. Showing pictures like these shows the potential client you know what you're doing - even if you're not trying to sell them rust removal.

The only suggestion I have is to add a watermark or logo to each and every picture. It's way to easy for some one to steal your hard work and claim it as their own.

Same here. When things slow down let me know. I'm kinda use to fitting a thousand things in my schedule now. Anyway, you will definitely have to charge extra to use Iron out because of the amount of time it takes to remove the rust. There is no real dwell time for Iron out. I'm pretty sure it chemically reacts as soon as you spray it down. The reason why it takes so long is because you have to keep spraying to take off more and more. The more product you use per gallon the more will come off easier but the stuff isn't cheap so I start with 1/8th of the bottle and go from there.

Good idea with the watermark... I was thinking about starting to do that
