Pressure Washing/Soft Washing Hotel In Tampa Florida!

Can I ask what you did about windows? Was that part of the bid, did the GM ask how they would be handled? How did they turn out?

The windows were just rised. I use Ammonyx Lo as a surfactant and it has a window cleaning agent in it. Although they do not come out as good as a window cleaning company would do them, they do rinse off pretty well. They were told this upfront and it was in with the bid. They said that they would just have the house keeping dept clean the windows around the main lobby.

We did however perform a Roof Cleaning and pressure Washing job for a local YMCA last year and we did the windows separately for them as part of the bid.

Great Job Larry keep it up chasing that boom lift work. I love working off them lots of fun.

I knew you would like that one Scott. I almost called you and I was gonna ask you, "Guess where I am?" LOL...

Thanks buddy! :thumbup2:

Larry, that's a lot of expense to peek into windows. You Southern guys crack me up. :)

Hahaha! Yea, next time I need to be a little smarter though and not start after check-out time when the rooms are empty. :banghead:

We did however shock some guy on the 4Th floor who whipped open the curtain when he heard all the noise. By the look on his face I don't think he was expecting to see someone standing outside of his 4TH floor window. This was me. :wave3: This was him...:yikes:

We were contacted back in October of 2010 to bid on this 5 Story Hampton Inn Hotel in Tampa Florida. They wanted the Exterior walls of the Building Washed as well as the Concrete Walkways and front entryway to the Hotel. We got the call about two weeks ago and were told that we were chosen to perform the job. We were told that their decision was not money motivated but rather based on a company who was experienced in Soft Washing due to the fact that the Building Exterior is made of Drivit material and they were afraid of someone using high pressure and possibly damaging the sub strait. The bottom half of the building (The dark grey area) is already in desperate need of repainting and they were worried about having someone who may cause more damage to the rest of the Building by using high Pressure. Needless to say, they will only have to repaint the bottom grey areas.

We had this job scheduled for Saturday but were forced to wait until Sunday due to 25-30mph winds and cold weather. The winds had died down Sunday to about half and it was still cold especially up on a 40ft lift. The building had a lot of wasp nests, mud dobbers and spider sacks, mainly at the top of the building which took up most of our time. The North side and the West side of the Building had the most Mold and Algae on it which we were able to easily remove using a Down Stream/ Soft Wash Method.

The Property/Hotel Manager was extremely happy with the results. Here are a few pictures of the job.

Larry your Roof cleaning Service Company is one of the best in the Tampa Metro area. Great Job Larry keep up the Large Commercial Cleaning.

What are all of you paying to rent a lift in your area? I'm looking at at least $200 per day here.

That is real cheap! It varies around here on who you use and the size of the lift. I had to pay an extra $100.00 because of the mileage from Pinellas County to Hillsborough County. It was about a 35 mile trip for them one way.

Hahaha Thats what I was wondering but more than likely they got naked and put the harness on under their clothes :fie:
I actually have shirts with them built right into them. :dirol:

You guys are too funny! hahahahahahaha
