I have had some say that managers get so much junk mail that its not worth sending postcards and such

The postcard below got me 3 condo/apartment jobs totaling over $24K and its NEW work from new managers I just put on my target list in the past 6 months or so. I sent less than 100 of these postcards out

I started a pretty aggressive mail campaign just recently and has worked out. Some managers may toss postcards out, some may never get to see them but many do

I have just been making up all kinds of cards on Vistaprints, pretty cheap and look pretty good

Quite often timing is everything

I like when I hear, I just got your postcard and want a bid. You know if they didnt get that postcard that day they probably would of never heard about you and never got the chance to bid the project. Timing
 
I'm looking at sending out some postcards I'm working on designing. Any idea what would be the best timing for residential? My targets are $100k to $200k vinyl houses. Middle income homeowners. We have TONS of neighborhoods like that around here.

Although....I am doing my first commercial bid tomorrow. Maintenance washing on a Starbucks.

Guy - They are on the way! While I'm waiting to get them, I'm going to get addresses that I want to target so I can send them out as soon as I get them.
