Take a look at www.simixsolutions.com They have oxygen cleaners and sealers. I have used a little of the cleaners. Sounds like some good stuff.

Microban is a great product for that no smell to deal with.

It would be good to use an anti microbial cleaning solution in the areas that have mildew growing on them. By effectively using the correct mold remover that will kill mildew on contact and prevent it's growth from re-occurring, you can prevent the molds.
