Employee management software

For the past year or so we have been managing everything through google maps and google calendar.

It's ok, but I can't get GPS tracks off of that and there are no apps I can find where the employee can check in and check out manually AND take picture/video evidence of work completed.

I had Field Force Manager, but it is very limited on options AND the GPS reporting isn't the best.

I also had Connect2Field which has almost everything we want but they have been promising GPS tracks for over a year now and haven't produced it.

Do you guys have any GPS management packages that work well?

Or you could just fire everyone, do all the work yourself and you wouldn't need a program.

Going to do a demo. It's over $1500. I'm not going to spend that kind of money upfront unless it works almost perfect.

We looked at smart service not too long ago. It looks very impressive. I Beleive it was closer to 2500 with the extras I wanted. I couldn't justify that with only having one full time guy. It may be a different story by the end of the year.

We did just install teletrac. I haven't got to use it yet, but I think it will do a lot of what we are needing to do.

The teletrac demo was pretty cool. They don't have it yet but said they are In the process of implementing memorized routing.
