For me, in the KEC, its closing the deal with the restaurants. KEC is a tough one because there are so many cut throat low ballers. I find that no matter how well you do with the job, The restaurants will drop you for a buck.
Biggest hurdle for me currently is justifying a portion of my income to advertise. Realizing the potential on return though is the best part however being a new parent, its hard to use that money when i could save it for anything I might need in the future... its a tough one.
My biggest hurdle is the start-up to sustainable repeat customer period! And trying to decide which form of advertising my market and marketing calls for - which can only be know by trying!

I don't give them as much as the "run around" (I use that term loosely) as you do but its helped alot compared to what I've done in the past.
The truck washing portion is what burns everyone out. Definately seperates the men from the boys.
