Well, I went back and applied another application to the roof. It looked really good. There was a lot of brown, so I was good with that. With the app that I applied today, the black shades should be gone. I was a little nervous about not rinsing, but felt ok based upon the advice that I got from the forum. Thanks guys.

Glad it came clean for ya. and that's all it took. Had yourself stressing for nothing. Of course you know this now but just make sure you check it real good before you roll up your hoses. Now post this in the right thread LOL

People sometimes ask us to clean just the stain out of their driveway and not the whole driveway. I tell them sure, its $200 to remove just the single stain, or $200 to clean the entire driveway and the stain.

They always choose the entire driveway!

We do a few. A roof that is $900.00 for the entire roof costs $600.00 for half of it. Most of the time they get it all done.

Bingo. If I don't do it they'll find someone else that will then I'm out $xxx.

In Fl. you have to clean the whole roof due to the humidity, moisture etc. Up north a little it's a more forgiving. Different areas require different methods.
