Ty here's the model I got......http://www.dji.com/product/phantom-2-vision-plus...... Picked it up on Ebay....3 batteries, hard case, extra blades, everything. Guy that had this immediately moved to the dji S1000 after flying this one.
Super easy to fly. It wi-fi connects to your phone so camera image from UAV downlinks to your phone...They call it FPV or "First Person View" you can fly without line of sight. Has GPS. There's a "Go Home" switch on the controller. If you loose sight, freak out or battery gets below 5%....it will automatically go back to it's take off point and land.....

Some person lost a drone in my area, failsafe failed or something and it went down.. and Ill second that... my city is a tinderbox compared to that lush landscape.

Hmm, Stalking my guys by drone... Very cool idea. I especially like it for residential so that you can show your customers their homes.
You could also do a side business of aerial views of things. I saw a guy that charged a $1000 an appointment a few years ago. The Helicopter on his truck was HUGE, and very cool.
