You gotta identify what needs to be cleaned. Is it algae is it efflorescence etc?

Ok on this job olenty trees so i know it will be sh and dragon grip but asking in general what you guys use if no trees no green on brick etc just years of not cleaning dust dirt ?

Same here, if the brick simply has regular dust and dirt to light green mold/algae, standard house wash mix. If heavier green to light black algae, a strong house wash mix. If it has progressed to a heavy green/black algae, I don't play around with it. Pull out one of the dedicated pump systems and nail it with a roof mix. Prewet any and all plant life and thorough rinse afterwards.

Starting to really like the lrespray with 12volt roof system amd rinse with the 8gpm . 2 man team and this seems to work quiet well so far...

We do hundreds of them for the government. Just straight pressure. 5000 psi 21lpm with the best Italian power heads works fine.
