Roundtable for the entire country!!

Why dont we pick one weekend a year and find a spot that is central USA and have it there every year. I am sure that everyone has a weekend a year to do this, maybe in the winter months?

We can set up a registration and deposit for your rooms and just pick a place and pick someone to handle the funds for the roundtable.Seems easy enough to me, then we are only dealing with one location and it will be easy on any of the vendors to plan on being there. And if it becomes a yearly gathering we can probably get some great rates at any hotel we choose.

If i stick my finger in the middle of the map of the USA, i come up with Kansas.Maybe i should stick my finger someplace else .
Lets try and do this it really dont matter where it is if its only once a year. My vote would be Vegas, rooms would be cheap and they would be able to accomadate as many people and vendors as we want..

Im with ya on that Nick. I would like to join a rountable and meet everyone but it seems like they are always out on the East Coast somewhere. Frontier Airlines and Southwest Airlines have awesome deals on airline tickets and like you said if we get enough attendees I am sure we could get a hell of a deal at a hotel. Im all in!

As far as a central meeting place middle America wont work. I think it would be cheeper (Flights,Hotels)) if you did a Orlando, Vegas, Miami, New Orleans, Chicago. These Places Have frequent flights,Lots of major hotels(cheeper rates) and some can use it as part of a vacation.
