Well I still want to see Pics of Someone's rigs!!!!!!!!!, Any cool stuff to look at!!! An will everyone tell me what type, and size surfacecleaner the run for a 5.5 gpm, and a 10gpm???
 
I run a 28" and a 36" all from whisper wash and hot water. 8.5 gpm and 9.3 gpm.
 
16" reg, 16"steel eagle vacuum, 2 -24" steel eagle, 36" wisper wash -surface cleaners.

Yes, we do. We have them semi custom because the 5 hp cannot turn the wands with our unit.

The shaft is specially made for us to handle the heat. The standard Shafts were design to handle 200 degrees @ 4000 psi. We need 300 degrees specs at 5,000 psi. The shafts were snapping in two from the intense heat, pressure and the increased of torque from the bigger engine. Under a full load, our wands spin at 3600+ RPMs. All the energy from the water is used to clean the cement, not to rotate the wands.

With shipping, Our units cost us about $4,000+ each. We have 3 of them.

The frame has to be reinforced to handle the 14 hp engine. Our units weigh in at 370 lbs. each. We need a crane to lift them up onto the trailer. Here is a picture of the first trailer that we built back in 2006 showing the crane.

The other picture has the same type of crane on the back but has a hydraulic jack rated at 18,000 lbs. . The Goose neck was custom made out of 10 X 28 lbs. steel. The same I Beam Steel that is used for High rise buildings. It may be a bit over kill, but we needed it for the open area in the middle of the goose neck so that we may store up to 1,000 lbs. between the beams while caring a full load of water in the tank.

We also have 110 Gallon diesel tank under the 4.5 X 9 ft second level shelf. We did not want to add the extra length to the trailer because of the turning ratio. We needed to have a tight turning ratio for the garages that we clean. The whole concept behind our trailer was to make a M1 tank able to maneuver in a enclosed garage. I think we did that.


None of our equipment is " Off the Shelf "....... except the nozzles.

Wet foot,

Is that a street eagle vacuum unit on your trailer? How do you like it? I see that you can buy them for around 7k ( MSRP is $8500). Not to expensive for what it is. Do you have any problems with them? Do you know if they will customize a bigger unit? With your Alkota 8 gpm x 2, I am sure that the unit has difficulties trying to keep up.

They actually work pretty wel, as long as you keep good nozzels in them! But getting parts for them is a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!
