    The Swabby could be very good for that but you have to have a feel on how the concrete is on those walks. Parking garages have the hardest Concrete so they can be hit pretty hard with a surface machine. Walkways such as store fronts you have to be able to tell if the Concrete is hard enough to handle the swabby. One of the ways to do this would be to use a larger spray patterns for tips on the Swabby to you don't leave swirl marks on the walkways. I would go as high as 40 degree tips on the swabby for walkways. If you have alot of 48" walkways to do then it could be worth it. Parking garages the Swabby is golden because of the large amounts of Square footage your cleaning and the strength of the concrete. Its the cream on the concrete that could be in question on some of the walkways.
