Hopefully this sign will get some action...

It's at a 4-way stop leading into an area that is full of dirty roofs!

Do you like the sign?

I have a vinyl letter cutting machine and make all my own signs...

I like your sign, generally.
I have used signs extensively.
Just a suggestion that might provide some "guidance" if I may ?
Get the LOW Pressure out of there :eek: :eek: :eek:
The better term is NON PRESSURE.
Trust me, I have used both, and I "kept score" of how many people called me, and why.
I have actually had several people say they called me because I was NON Pressure, when my competitors were LOW Pressure.
I have a "field day" against Low Pressure competitors Scott. :cool:
NON Pressure is the better choice of a marketing word.

Oops Scott, I missed another suggestion, get the houses/decks OUT of there too !!!
LOOK like a "roof cleaning expert", and you WOULD, with the Roofwash.com URL but you RUINED it.
You added the Houses/Decks to the sign.
Get that out of there, and in it's place, put FREE ESTIMATES

I am gonna share something with you Scott, people are a LOT more picky when it comes to allowing you to mess with their roof!
They want an EXPERT, a real Roof Cleaning Company, not some Billy Bob Pressure Washer that also cleans houses/decks.
I KNOW what I am saying is gonna piss some people off, and so be it.
I dont sugar coat stuff.
The TRUTH will set us free, but we may not always want to hear it :)
If you want to be successful in the roof cleaning business, be an "expert" and at least LOOK like you "specialize" in roofs.
Sell the ROOF first, then you can always sell the house/deck when you are there.
 
Ok sounds good --I can cut the letters and replace them with little effort...

Guidance is actually my mortgage company..

Guidance Mortgage I'm a Texas Mortgage Broker... As we all know the market has dropped in a huge way.

I've lost 90% of my lenders --they're just gone


Realtors, appraisers, title companies etc. are all scrambling to try and create business.

I love the cleaning and restoration business though.

;)

Great Job Scott!
The free Demo's will make a lot of sales for you, especially in areas not yet acquainted with Non Pressure Roof Cleaning.
I can't see the orange in the picture, but I am not there either.
As long as they can see it, that is all that matters.
Call me anytime about the pump, and the pot of Beans came out real good:)

I am not a roof cleaner. To chicken lol I was just thinking would "high tech chemical roof cleaning" work maybe?
