89, 5 Speed 7.3L Diesel Grumman Step Van For Sale.

Hey Everyone,

Just posted this on Craigslist (below). Has built in hose holders, and ladder holder. Good PW storage truck. Thanks Marc

This was used by us as a Mobile/Storage Unit for a pressure washing company. It has built in Hose & Ladder holders (can be removed). The body is in great shape, with minor scratches and paint chipping. All 6 tires are almost Brand New, less than 500 miles on tires. Easily $2000 worth in tires. Alternator and Starter have been replaced in the last year, as well as an entire new drive train $3000 value, (2 years ago). Built in shelving unit in rear of truck. Great security system, rear doors have heavy duty lock, as well as separate locking system on side door. Its no spring chicken, but it starts and runs well. Has temperature and pressure sensors, and have never peaked (had a problem). Vehicle is registered at 10,000 pounds NOT requiring CDL.

The wild colors make it an excellent Billboard that GETS NOTICED!!! Can be used to advertise your company or just to store & move equipment.

Some pics included, others are linked below:

NOTE: Everything is exactly as you see in pictures, however, we do have vinyl lettering on truck (not visible) that can be easily removed with hair dryer.

Please call or email with any questions or to see vehicle. 240-286-4128

Thanks Marc

I was just thinking about something like that for pressure washing. You can have 2 hot water rigs in there with a good size tank and the hose reels, chems, etc....

Some good points would be that it would be a great moving billboard and you can put everything inside it, no more pulling a trailer.

What are the inside dimensions?

How wide of an opening is in the back, wondering if you could fit a hot water skid through that door opening in the back?

your not closing up shop r u?

Nah, not yet!

Vehicle Size Specs:

Outside
Height: 8.5 feet
Length: 22.8 Feet

Interior (back)
Length: 13.3 feet
Width (at widest point): 84 inches
Width (between wheel wells): 40 inches
Wheel Wells From Door: 36 inches
Door Opening Width: 37 inches

Thanks Marc, looks like some of the medium size hot water skids will fit into there along with a 100 to 200 gallon tank. All the small stuff is easy, it is the larger stuff that is hard.

Is the cab separated from the back like with a wall and door or just a wall or is it open to the back?

Thanks again.
