Sorry the heading should say links. How do i add links? I know what they are but how do i use them in my website, Is it HTML or do i just copy and paste.

If you are just trying to post a standalone link, usually you can just copy and paste it and it will show up. Some sites have a box where you add it, after you have put the text cursor where you want it. To add anchor text, sometimes you just highlight the phrase you want to use as your anchor text, then put the url in the add url box.
