I wanted to know how this has worked. Guys that are advertising "House Washes Starting at $xxx" has this been affective?
I see Mike K, Russ and others are putting their minimum price on their website, has this helped weed out the lowball shoppers?
It seems this could really help your closing ratio. When they call they already have some kind of idea of what it will cost. I also see in my area that all the carpet cleaning companies do this and they seem to stay busy. All the franchise carpet cleaning companies are within a few dollars of each other and they stay extremely busy while the independent guys advertising a very low price I never see on the road.
