Alternative to standard restaurants in Prague

I’m getting a bit bored of the standard "meat and dumplings" restaurants in the city center. Don't get me wrong, I love Czech food, but I'm looking for a different experience for my last night. Is there anywhere that combines good food with some kind of activity or unique setting?
I've heard about medieval dinners, but are they too cheesy?
Looking for something a bit more sophisticated.

If the medieval stuff feels too "touristy" for you, try a dinner cruise. It’s sophisticated but still lets you enjoy the local atmosphere. You get a different perspective of the city that you just can't get from a street-level window. The food on the better boats is actually really decent—they do a mix of Czech classics and lighter international food. Plus, being on the water at night is a totally different experience than sitting in a cellar.

Check the different boat styles here https://alle.travel/en/prague/category/dinner-cruise as some are very modern and sleek. It’s a great way to spend your final evening reflecting on the trip while the city lights pass by.

That's a great point. I think I'm over the "cellar" restaurants for now. A modern boat sounds like a much more refreshing way to end the trip. Thanks for the suggestion!
