Your price of .04 is a good price. If they are pressure washing weekly it’s a darn good price. You never said how many units so I will assume that there are 30…. Each unit at .04 would pay $7072.00 annually. The over all account would be $212,160.00 for all 30 stores and could be maintained weekly for that amount with plenty of profit.


Gum will be your only problem with using cold water. Chemicals can remove everything else just fine. Surface cleaner would be recommended but not a must.

If your running a 4 gallon a minute machine your will be just fine. 3500 psi is plenty of cleaning power. Hot water would be faster and more efficient but we all started somewhere.
 
Thanks for the reply Ron. Being a newbie I don't want to have a sore back for below minimum pay. The store waited 3 weeks to clean again.<To work out a schedule> It took twice as long for 4000 sf. 4 hours instead of 2. Amazing how much dirt hits the ground week after week!:eek:
 
We finally have pricing worked out with the store. It is double the price if it is 3 to 4 weeks in between cleanings!:D
