Another question about the freezer.

What should I charge for a job like this? The floor is about 30' X 40' half of it is 12" X 12" metal plates that are a bit rusty and the other half is concrete with no drainage, The walls are white panels that I think might be fiberglass (not to sure) about 12' high and need to be cleaned also, there is writing on the walls with marker. The ceiling looks good. This was used to store dairy products so there is some splates on the walls that might need some brushing. I have no idea why theres metals plates on the floor, rusty metal and food don't seem like a good mix to me. So does anyone have an idea of what I shoud charge for this?

We don't do freezers, but as with any job, you should have a good idea of what your hourly cost is (don't forget overhead insurance, phones, office expenses etc...), you should be able to estimate how much time it will take you, now think about how much profit you would like to have when you are done. cost per hour times number of hours + profit = customers cost
