Any Ideas?

I ran a simmilar set up in a box truck or 3 years with no problems. Is your problem exhaust heat from the burner or the engine exhaust? Or residual heat from the coil at the side of the truck?
On a side note you might want to increase the exhaust pipe to outside the back of the box for both the burner and the engine. You can plumb an extenstion down and thru the floor of the truck or use flex pipe to outside. will just keep the "ick" from exhuast and C02 levels down.
 
I am running pretty much the same set up in a box truck.

A few things I did for the same situation,
I can't tell were your exhaust is on that machine. I unbolted mine and had a welding shop extend mine about two feet. It now runs out the floor of the truck. That reduced the heat dramatically.

I also have the same totes as you. They will get hot from the heat your engine is putting off. I covered the side closest to the engine with firewall heat shield.

These both seemed to help alot- I will try to post a few pic's later today!

I would also like to hear any other idea's someone else may have!
