Anyone confirm appointments ?

We have tried to send out cards and call same day, seems most places we show up never get the message.
We also have had confirmed appointments on long travel and threatened a late cancellation fee of a minimum $85.
 
Well, of course the next due date is on the hood sticker. Then I call a week ahead of time, and write down who I confirmed with, and then again the evening of the service. We still get 3 or 4 a month that bail, but it's not too bad.

We call the day of, and send the vrew out with the time, date and name of the person we scheduled it with, and of course the name of the person we confirmed with that day. Even this doesn't work all the time. Sometime I think the person at the store just doesn't want to stay, and nothing will make them.
