Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA. Ironically, I got into it when I got into PW, I guess I was home during the day in the summer. My oldest bro' lives in Williamsport, so I've been a few times. Its by far the coolest and most wholesome kids event you'll ever attend. No advertising everywhere, people are generally friendly, hotdogs don't cost 20 bucks.
8 teams from the US, 8 from international. The champion from each side plays in the finals. US has won the last 2 years, but Japan and Curacao are always tough.
Its on ESPN, ESPN2 or ABC (on weekends).
