Anyone ever use customer factor or Service Sidekick?

Customer factor has alot of strengths. Its Major weakness right now are no apps for mobile devices... Im homing they are implemented this year as they have stated they will be.

TRIED THE 30 DAY trial last year....seemed that I was duplicating what I do in QB so I did not buy it.
