Anyone thinking about this yet?

Just wondering who is thinking about hosting? It would be great if we could get at least 20 meetings going with a minimum of 10-15 attendees. My goal is 75-100 , I am planning on having a representative from the NJ DEP attend.

I am there when ever you guys are planning another meeting. I will be glad to helpout if I can. your about 1.5 hours from me
 
Wish I still lived in Philly so I could go, but since I am in Ohio now, I will be hosting the first one here in Ohio. I already have about 4 or 5 definites. I think Justin wants to come, I haven't spread the word real hard yet but when it gets close I will start pushing harder. I am thinking about having it at Dave and Busters unless anyone has some better ideas.
 
Everett, could you shoot me an email, I would like to talk to you about something that could benefit all of us in this industry.

The first roundtable meeting out this way was at a Dave and Busters and it was not a good location for a meeting. Too loud.

You need someplace where you can get your own room, quiet so everyone can hear one another.

Often Olive Garden can set aside a spot and put tables together for you, if it is not done during rush hour, make it say for 1:30 and you will find they can handle it.

Or are nice restaurant but not a Denny's or fast food joint.
 
Meetings

Saturday , October 18th 12-5. We should have a speaker from the EPA there. I hope things are going well for you the weather has finally changed.

Southern California guys what about strating our meeting plans and choosing a location?
 
I was afraid of that. I will be in Vegas. I guess I will just have to gamble my life away becaue I am missing the roundtable.

Not so, 3 1/2 hour drive to CA and you can attend ours, or fly here in 45 minutes. You will be back in Vegas for dinner.

Simple, fast, and fun in the sun.

Thanks for the invite. Looks like I might make the one in NJ. My friends wedding was pushed up a week do to schueduling confilct with Ceasers
