Hyatt Regency has an excellent restaurant "Champs" that serves steak by the ounce. Of course on the other end, some buffets charge for salad bar by the ounce also.

I got stuck playing Risk with all my kids and some family that came over.

I got the turkey Done OK.. I'd say it was the best dinner since my father past away.
