Best Degreaser for concrete

I would like to hear everyone's thoughts on the best degreaser for concrete... I'm cleaning mainly restaurants, drive thru's etc... The oil and grease come up pretty well but I always want to do better... Thoughts?

We have been mixing our own for years. 8 oz of Sodium Hydroxide and 6 oz of a powdered concrete cleaner to a gallon of warm water. x-jet or downstream on and eats the grease, tire marks, foot traffic right out of the concrete.
