I want to know if the business of commercial property management go entire on direct sales or thru a bid proccess.

It depends on what, and who you are dealing with. Most property managers are more concerned with who they get, then they are with a low, low price, at least the quality ones are. There are people that are more used to dealing with commercial sales, so I am sure they will pipe in soon.
