Black stains on driveway

Not sure what these (black) spots are, any ideas? Homeowner just bought the house, so they don't know.

Seeing as how I see where the drain from a car has leaked rust on the driveway I'm going to assume that someone used to park an older car there. This leads me to believe that those are probably drips of oil. Sooo, I'm gonna go with "Oil" Final answer!

Did you do this job? How did it turn out?

My take is that it's oil, or at least oily/dirty water. The orange rust looking stain is a orange flash acid battery burn. I'd use something like EBC or a degreaser and then a light F9 application for the acid burn "rust."
