General cleaning of mold and dirt on brick may be able to use your house wash mix,..though I'd personally jack it up a little with NaOH, and most likely go stronger on the SH. Brick tends to hang onto mold and dirt better than vinyl or aluminum siding.
With that said,..make VERY sure the customer understands that you are pricing a general cleaning,.and not a restoration cleaning,..which can't be done with basic house wash mix.
Big difference in the materials and work,..which makes the price completely different.
Age of the brick can be a determining factor, typically brick less than 50 years old isn't too bad to bring together,..but wen you get into 80+ years,..the cleaning can be more involved to get considerably nice results. This is in my experience,.and may be different for brick in other parts of the country.
