Building cleaning

How would you guys clean this building. Can you clean it without using a lift?

I'm thinking you can. We've cleaned 3 story buildings similar downstreaming and xjetting from the ground. Certain stubborn stained areas we laddered up to. That one does look pretty dirty though. Test spot?

Yes you can....you'll need a strong mix from a dedicated pump or even x jet. Personally I'd use my Udor gas powered. You may need a 10 foot ladder to help, extension wands, especially if there is any wind, but yes it sure can be done w out a lift.

Brian if you can get to the roof top then spray your solution down and rinse from the ground. Also what doug said about a 10 ft step ladder.

With our large pumps and up streaming we will be able to do it with no problem. I was wondering what other guys would do.

I'd love to see a test spot. I've found portland cement, limestone, and brick materials are very difficult to soft wash.
