We are building yet another rig as we speak. Hot and cold units on all our rigs. This one will have all electric hose reels, roof pumps, portable reclaim units and filters. I will post pictures of the rig as we build. This will make 9 in our fleet. We are gearing up for our new commercial push in our company. You can really make a good living power washing if you focus on your business and your business alone. Advertising and sales are the key to your success. Find a nitch market and specialize in that area of cleaning. Every area is different. Oh! Have fun everyday doing this business!!!
When you get that big do your headaches get bigger or are your guys pretty good? Personally I don't think I could handle that many units running around without me having a stroke or something. Hats off and congratulations on the new rig build! Looking forward to seeing what you build.
We accually have great guys but even though we have great guys the headaches are still there. Every monday I will go out with one of my crews just to sharpen there skills. Everybody gets laxed when Im not on the job. Some days I just want to just sell the whole business.
