I been thinking of putting a cancelation fee on customers who cancel on day of appointment... I plan on putting 48 hour notice to all calls on cancelation.. People tell me at door, When i call 48 hours in advance to confirm booking... Is that standard practice or am i looking for trouble on this issue... Maybe 50 to 75 dollars is what im thinking...
