We havent gotten any sales form candy jars in a long time but we do give them to current customers. They seem to like it and we are able to keep up with them and make sure they are satisfied with us and our service.
 
Never used em for the fact the candy never gets to the office for some reason lol. I think it is a better retaining the customer idea than getting one. I do not know about y'all, but some of this marketing stuff has and would get you laughed at, but then again they would remember you, so let it be Halloween year round...not literally so my christian friends on here do not blow a gasket :>)
 
I was joking.... LOL means laughing out loud...... Went to refill a jar which was empty and was asked to bid on a property. I believe chocolate works the best. I fill mine up with jolly ranchers , mini twixs and reese's cups. Twice I have gotten to bid on properties from this one management company.

Its a Secret...we got something better than Candy!!
 
so how do you get past the office lady? it would be great to get in there every few weeks and chat the pm up but i just cant see getting the jars past the main office... I have been to many many pm offices in town and only saw rons jars at one.

We knew one big time framing contractor was also a big time drug dealer..he had his whole crew hooked on crack and they worked just for the fix..I hope your not putting crack in them thar jars lol... :man_in_love:

I was thinking of rounding them all up and replacing them with mine! lol :D jk i dont even have any jars
