Charitable raffle (I'm thinking gift certificate), Write-off?

So I was asked to be a part of a local charitable raffle. I was thinking about doing a gift certificate for X amount of flatwork sqft-age, spring clean-up type deal. Then I could try to upsell them on some surface sealing, more pressure washing, etc. If nothing else it's a good cause and a write-off, I think?? Anyone know the detail on write-off amounts for something like this?

Sure, you can write off the paper and ink used to create the gift certificate. You can write off the fuel for the pressure washer to do the job and you can write off the bottle of water that you get from the company fridge to drink during the wash job. If you pay employees to do the work, you can even write off their wages and associated costs.

You may not write off any amount above your actual expenditures.

But it can still be fun and who knows, it may lead to other work as well.
