Clean/Seal 3 yr Old Driveway

Was asked to bid on cleaning and sealing driveway. Portion under trees is very dirty - leaves, mildew, deer droppings, tire tracks, etc. I tested cleaning a small area; chemicals didn't help much compared to straight PW. However, still not very "bright". What approach are others using - psi, tip, etc? Would hot water help? Based on earlier thread sounds like 10 - 15 cents a reasonable price?
Exclusive of material cost, what is good price to charge for sealing - 20-25cents per? Contractors here are using a high quality acrylic curative as sealant - any of you have experience?

Bill I won't get into the sealing part as I am partial to one brand but I will say yes you need hot water to clean concrete corectly.

You can do it with cold water but you will see a big difference using hot.

Also a surface cleaner will cut your time in half, again there are many good brands and I prefer the Whisper Wash Big Guy 28".

There are times a smaller one would come in handy too so unless you know you will be doing only very wide long jobs I would say go for one that is about 20" give or take an inch or two either way.
