cleaning kitchen equipment

I have several accounts which mainly are based on cleaning and repainting thier kitchen equipment. I was wondering if there are any others which provide this service and how much thier rates are, mine are currently $150.00- $200.00 for a stove and $75 for large gas fryers and other equipment as pizza ovens , charbroilers and convection ovens vary largely.
 
i have never done this

type of cleaning but was interested in Soda Blasting
Have you tried this yet and is it better,faster?
 
Ron, I have personally seen a soda blaster in action, and if you can afford it, get one. They are awsome. Talk about doing a great job on surfaces!!! I was amazed at how it cleaned oil, and grease. Side by side there isn't really a comparison. It takes us much longer to do with surface cleaners. Go and check one out. I would get one, but the $11,000 price tag spooks me off right now.
