Cleaning New Concrete

I would say it's safe to clean Ed. Personally though I would use low pressure and no surface cleaner on it for at least another 3 months.

Depending on the situation I'll pass on cleaning concrete that is less than 1 year old....Again depending on the situation.
 
Its hard, test it!!!! The contractors that Build for them are usually great and Slump Test the truck. They actually have a quality control on New construction. they watch there investments because the proprietor really doesn't own the joint.
 
I actually lost a couple of Chick Fil A's here locally, because of A) Price, and B) I told them we would not use High pressure for the first year. We would get it clean, but we wouuld not use the surface scrubbers or put to much pressure on the concrete as it was new. I even showed these pics of a local chick fila I took.

Variable pressure wand, nozzle down, have a gauge at pump and quick connect gauge for outlet pressure, adjust unloader to reduce pressure and minimize operator error

We have a few centers with 'painted'/ coated sidewalks, prior to the guys leaving for the night I will adjust unloader so that output pressure does not exceed 2500 psi at pump ... Even less at the end of 200' of hose.
 
Those pictures are a perfect example of why I do test spots because not all concrete is the same or the same strength.

Looks like the "Barber" was there taking a little off the top. j/k hahahahaha
 
It is a shame that they kept on going, they should have stopped when they first saw damage.

Do not Let the photos Scare you, It can be done with the proper Tools and yes the correct Pressure as well as Chems.

You will have to Determine this, heres the Biggest TIP. Do a small Section first allow to dry, the guy who did the damage didn't even know because sometimes you cannot see until its Dry.
