Im just starting out. My question is. Can you do flat work, building cleaning and wharehouse floors with a cold water unit.

I have been looking at a unit that has. 4000 psi with 4 to 5 gpm flow.

Would this be a good starter unit? Would this do the job with the right chems?

Thanks in advance.

flatwork

is best done with hot water. It will clean better, use less chem, and be better at removing gum.
You want the highest GPM unit you can afford and remember the higher the GPM the more truck you need to haul water.
building cleaning the same but less important for hot water.

3000 psi would be good enough.....if you go higher you have to use higher rated hoses and fittings, etc.

Get as many GPM's as your budget and water source will allow. Higher GPMs will allow you to clean everything faster.
