Concrete sq ft rate

Just wondering what everybody gets for large concrete jobs

Does the rate get discounted the more sq footage you do?

How much for a parking garage
50K sq ft
100K sq ft
400K sq ft

Around here its $.05 - $.08 a sq ft and have gotten $.10 a couple times

Do you charge extra if there is a ton of gum throughout a parking garage?

its about the same rate here and if is a lot of gum i try to charge by the hour
