Hi everyone! I have a two part question for all of you.
First: I have a major job to do in San Francisco, Ca. The total concrete measure for the job was over 38,000 square feet. The concrete is only one year old and it has some gum and a little bit of oil where they keep their trash receptacles. Could someone please tell me what type of acid cleaner I can use to get rid of most of the stain after removing the gum and the oil from the grounds. These is a primary concern to the property manager, so I really want to do a good job. They basically want me do clean all of the bad spots on the complex grounds.
Second: Most of the concrete is pretty much clean already, besides the gum and oil of the premises. Would someone have some sort of idea of to how much I should charge for this type of job. This job will bring me lots of other referrals as well.
Thank you,
Keith Richardson
