Conrete Cleaning

I am just starting to explore the possibility of our company doing flatwork.

Can anyone recommend good cleaners, brighteners, and sealers for concrete?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

There are many out there, many are private label and that makes things a bit harder since you really don't know who makes it, a local company or national one.

I prefer to buy name brand products in powder form for a few reasons. Zep manufacturing is one company I buy from. I have tried many private labels and found most don't offer the results I need for my standard of work.

Zep Super Flash
Zep Flash Light/split if you use a reclaim system as I do.
Zep Flash

All are powder form and sold by weight.

Keep in mind I am not putting down those that sell private label, just saying I prefer name brands.

I used Delco R 109 and still have about 100# left but again it does a fair job but won't cut the grease and grime from dumpster pads, the one area that is hardest to clean at restaurants.

Another product I use is Gemtek SC1000 also for reclaim and depending on what your cleaning it does a fair job. (this is liquid)

When it comes to cleaning the grease and grime from dumpster pads Zep Super Flash is the best but if you have not used chemicals before don't use it till you read all the instructions.

Word of advice and common sense, wear proper clothing and have and read your MSDS sheet and instructions before mixing any chemical.

Check your locallity for disposing of waste water and all the more so if chemicals are involved.
