Hey Lori this is the job we just did. Lots of fun 65boom lift then a 85ft boom lift from RSC. Your chemicals beat them all. Looked like new when we were done they all were very happy
 
Here is one that was part of a makeover for a family. I donated the Roof Cleaning while others donated some interior stuff.

A dual manifold is available for this pump. You can plumb to a fresh water tank and pull from a chemical tank at the same time. This gives you the distance with the benefit of being able to control your mixing ratio.

Our commercial pressure washers use the All-Flo air diaphragm pump for reaching the storefronts of Walgreens, CVS', Walmarts, etc. They use them in flat work and commerical roof cleaning.
