Degreaser "Sprayer" ??

Can someone please help me on some type of sprayer that will hold up to spraying degreaser thru that will not clog or ruin seals.
I have been using sherwin-williams pump-up type with viton seals,
but it takes so much time and not very effective,(flow/rate) thanks Mikey

In the past I have used a Sears 2-gallon garden sprayer, about $30. They worked well, but the handle and wands are kind of fragile, I think most of us have graduated from the garden sprayers, to either a surflo system or a system that allows you to pressurize with a compressor, to allow application of thicker chemicals.

delco sells sprayers from Chapin that will work well, I think I got the name correct, they look ar far as I can tell from the picture, almost identical to the sears one, I would go to sears first and check that one out.

Hello Mikey,

We use pump ups in small areas, quarts and 3 gallon units. We use a diaphram type pump (Flowjet) when we need to cover a large area. We have ours mounted on legs so it can sit over a 5 gallon container.

We use this pump for cleaners/degreasers in kitchens and some industrial plants.

Pumps

I bought a deck hand sprayer for doing decks. I have a sureflo with viton seals. I have used this pump for about a year to spay acid on brick and Zep oven bright on hoods. While I do not recommend buying a deck hand I do recommend buying a sureflo w/viton and you can mount it on anything with wheels. I could never imagine usuing a pump up sprayer.

if your gonna use a (garden) pump up this is what you can do to make it work better take a 10' piece of 1/4 " hose connect it to the bottle take the other end of the hose and hook it to a 1/4" hose barb with a small hose clamp attach that to a 1/4" ball valve with a 1/4" Q.C. and put a 40 deg tip in it and sha-bang
we dont use pump ups a lot but we do have occasions for it and this set up works well
and they last quite a while
