yes

it stays on top after you use it to draw as much oil as it can to the surface and the product suck's it up. No EPA BS

Do a search under that name and Pave Clean.

Both are the same, Delco names theirs Clean crete, it does not so much stay on top as it does absorb the oils, you sprinkle it down, brush it in and sweep it up.

That is the simple explanation as to how it works. It is good for the oil spots only and if an account wants to remove the liability of a lawsuit withour pressure washing that is one way to do it.

It is costly.
