Demo Question?

Where do you guys do the demos at, at a restaurant? Also I have heard of guys use stencils. Do they really use them and if so where can you get them? Thanks for the help!
 
im not to experienced yet myself and i have no info on stencils but i can tell you what i do, i try an sell my sevices to anyone i feel is a potential client that is willing to listen and demos for any potenial client willing to watch. and everytime i go anywhere from the gas station to the barber i give a card and a quick speal even if im just in and out or they are bussy i leave the card just to plant the seed and then right down all the places i have left cards so i can call and follow up. i also try an get the name of the person in charge of contracting my services that seems to be key for follow up calls and allot of the time its the landlord/property management and most the time the manager is always willing to give that info.
