Diversification Fallacy?

In larger cities it is much easier to specialize unless you want to travel. The larger customer base allows for this. But specialization can also bring you in more $$$ if you do it right. Take a look at some of the wood guys that make good money in a short season because they are one of the best at what they do and the customer base wants that quality of work. It does not work in all areas though. Up here I have seen one pressure washing company and I have never seen them working, only driving down the road. In some areas people just don't seem to care. That is where the stencils can do the convincing.

Great video Tony.

$50 is ok here for the small ones. They are weekly or biweekly. One guy can knock out 4 in an hour.

Starbucks was one of Chris' earliest accounts. After this initial cleaning at a Starbucks and a sub shop next to it he could knock them both out in 15 minutes a week.

Just a reminder, anybody with two eyes can see that this was a starbucks INSIDE a parking lot more than 50 ft from any road, curb or stormdrain.

(Just in case Robert wants to send this one to the authorities too)
