Do you clean EVERYTHING????

OK so I was doing a house wash and at one gable end there was a vent right at the peak. Stuck in that vent was a leaf. It was in there pretty good and I couldn't remove it with water pressure. I got out my ladder and climbed up and removed it. would everyone else have done the same or would they have left it? I understand about bees nests, webbing and gobbers, those will need to come down because of their nastiness, but what about one single leaf??

You know that leaf would bug you if you left it there right? How big was the leaf?

I'm a stickler at times when i notice something I missed and have set my shur flo pump up for a spot that was missed.

You did the right thing, I would have got it.. Like said before, if you notice it so will the customer.. Even if the customer doesn't see it, wouldn't you want someone you contract to do a complete job.. All about work ethic.. My partner was doing the same thing, but getting a birds nest in a dryer vent im assuming, that had eggs and birds in it, he nearly fell off the ladder when they came flying out..

If it will not come off with a strong water stream, I will try a brush on a long pole before getting up on a ladder.

Actually, Yes....Sometimes. I have always said, the red tip can be your best friend, when used properly.

I am kind of weird about that stuff. I have to learn when enough is enough on certain things. If I don't I will go crazy trying to chase down every single imperfection that I see. Even if the h/o is happy I still tend to have a panic attack lol
