Do you support it when a contractor threatens to sue a bb & the volunteering mods?

I posted this last night & it looks like the guilty person pulled it.

So I'll try again. Are you a fan of people trying to do scare tactics by threatening mods who volunteer and also to sue tue bulletin board itself?

How does it make you feel when they say they can crush all of us financially?

What is that? That makes me want to laugh all the way to the bank because I know I can't lose to this person with a frivolous lawsuit.

So where do you stand? What would your reaction be if you had a person who wants you to conform to his standards and denounce the people he wants you to and you tell him no and to go solve your own problems.

And now he was to threaten to sue you and the people around you(other volunteering mods) and also one of the sites you go on?

A-Do you get scared to the point you do what this person says?

B-Do you just resigned and go hide in the corner.

C- Do you support him to also go after some young guys who are trying to make ends meet and they still find time to help moderate a bulletin board without the thought of making money?

D-Or do you stand your ground by telling him for the millionth time to solve your hatred between the people you have problems with and leave all the good people out?

So what would you do?
 
I wouldn't post something that was removed already by the mods but hey that's me. If you have an issue with the way something is moderated you have 3 choices in my opinion -
1) talk to the moderators to find out how to ask your question in a way that is acceptable or
2) live with not getting to make your point or
3) leave the group.
I have moderated several groups over the years and the worst thing to deal with is someone who just has to have their say regardless of the rules of the way the board is moderated.
 
He likely pulled it because you said he can't spell, you know effective NOW we have a Zero tolerance on this

Lol... I think I'm the one who is getting an unjustified beating.. At least I'm not handcuffed so I have options
 
Doug, lets face it. You are making a million dollars a year teaching guys how to powerwash. You also sell 5 million gallons of some kind of cleaning chemical. You think you are so far above most contractors your built your house on stilts so we can't even reach you even in your own yard.

Ron, you have made millions charging nothing for roundtables. I know it defies the laws of mathematics, but that is why you are so evil. You are able to travel around everywhere on the backs of contractors who you have helped with hotel rooms and paid for meals and in return you have sucked them dry of millions somehow. The most diabolical aspect of this is that you have done it while only having two work trucks that only work a couple of hours per day.

Scott, you are simply a sad example of a contractor who is broke and doesn't know it. Anyone in their right mind knows a person can't make a living in this business unless they charge 24 cents per foot.

I, on the other hand have come to my senses. I realize that I dump nuclear waste into children's playgrounds and have discovered the errors of my ways. I thought, at one time, that I had a good racket going because I could dump it into the playgrounds, then lobby the local government to make a law that required them to hire me to take it from the playground and dump it back into a parking garage for double the price. And on and on, I thought I would eventually become a millionaire like Jim.

But we are all wrong. We should all sue each other. Or, just get out of the business full time and become police officers so we can tell everyone how much better we are than them because of 9-11.

We have a new Rule , X cops threatening to threaten about threatening of threatening saying someone is threatening to threaten we will laugh about.

You had a thread that was moved. Then you re post it? If that happens on a board some where where you are a mod, you ban the person. I could care less about the topic. You claim to be some some super mod that helps all these BBS out, post this morning how on another BBS how you can't stand all the negative bull jazz but enjoy the positive. Then you pull crap like this that is HUGELY disrespectful not only to the mod that moved it but the mod position itself.

You should be ashamed of yourself. And you oughta be banned for it. PERMANENTLY.

Donuuuuuttttssss.....hmmmm those were the days... Today I'm like Tony was a yr ago.. Down almost 30lbs and am becoming a lean mean fighting machine...that fights usually at night like "The Fight club". I finally got my first technical knockout on the 4th floor below surface. I took out the reigning champ who's the Goliath in here at over 2000lbs known as "Mr. Sludge"
