Does Webfirst ever pick up their phones or answer their emails?

Just wanting to know if anyone has had trouble getting through to them recently? I purchased a template from them and I am waiting for Shane to hook it to my domain and do some extras so I can get started on it and all. It has been a few weeks, but every time I talk to him he says he is going to get it done that day or next and still nothing. Not trying to bust on him, but just wanting to know is there a magic word or number I can use?

I have heard they do great work but do not communicate well by phone
